About Joanna Taylor

Joanna Taylor is a UKCP Accredited Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapist, an Accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist, Approved Hypnotherapy Supervisor and an INLPTA Certified Trainer of NLP.
She is a Fellow of the National Hypnotherapy Society, an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), an Accredited Professional Member of the National Counselling Society, and also a member of the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA). She has additional qualifications in Life Coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Joanna works with professionals such as dentists, doctors, veterinarians and lawyers to help them improve their emotional and psychological resilience and create mental wellbeing, in order that they can regain their life balance and find contentment, happiness and fulfilment.
Joanna is an Ambassador for the National Hypnotherapy Society and a member of the Professional Development and Supervision Committee for the National Hypnotherapy Society/National Counselling Society. She also took part in a recent British Dental Association research project into stress and burnout in the dental profession, as a member of the advisory committee.
Joanna is the Principal of our sister organisation, the School of Clinical and Neurolinguistic Hypnotherapy, providing professional training programmes in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Clinical Supervision, together with short CPD and personal development courses and workshops for Therapists, Counsellors and Coaches of al modalities.
Joanna lives in rural North Yorkshire with her dentist husband, John, and three canine members of staff who all feature frequently in her blog, The Teachings of Dog. She is an international speaker and has had articles published in a number of dental and veterinary publications on the subject of stress and burnout.
