These terms and conditions are subject to change by Joanna Taylor and all associated websites (hereinafter “JTA”) at any time and at our discretion without notice, by updating this posting.
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By accessing this website, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.
Your use of this website after any changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the changes. As a result, we encourage you to consult the terms and conditions each time you use this website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this website are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorised by JTA, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. This includes any recordings of trainings or coaching made as part of our online courses, and subsequently made available to students as part of the course.
As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this website is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of JTA. For information on requesting such permission, please contact us at joanna@joanna-taylor.co.uk.
LIMITATIONS ON USE
If you are provided a password to access areas of this website, then that password is for your personal use only, unless otherwise specified. You agree to be responsible for the security of your password.
Please note that the content of JTA’s courses, by their nature, may sometimes trigger some emotions. The group must remain a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, and you remain responsible for your own mental wellbeing at all times. The space must not be used as a substitute for Therapy.
You acknowledge and agree that JTA and its agents, employees and other course participants shall have no liability for negligence or in contract for the results of any portion of the trainings in which you voluntarily participate.
JTA reserves the right to remove you from the course without prior permission if your behaviour is deemed inappropriate at any time. In this event, you will be unable to claim a refund of any course fees paid.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
For any digital products, you will receive an email with login details to our membership site or download page. We also offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you must advise us within 7 days of the date that you placed your order in order to receive your refund.
For our courses and retreats, all bookings remain provisional until paid for in full. You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your payment (provided that the course is not taking place within the next 7 days). Cancellations received within 7 days of the course will be entitled to a refund at JTA's discretion, or you can move your booking to a future date without penalty. No refunds will be given once the event has taken place, unless you have notified JTA beforehand, or there are exceptional circumstances.
Should the course be cancelled by JTA, every attempt will be made to provide you with maximum notice. If no suitable alternative date is provided, then a full refund will be given. JTA can accept no responsibility for addtional expenses incurred by the delegate or student, such as travel or accommodation booking costs.
